Lufthansa Supervisory Board extends Executive Board mandates

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG reappointed Grazia Vittadini, Dr. Till Streichert, and Dieter Vranckx.

Grazia Vittadini, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), has been appointed for a further three-year term through June 30, 2030. She has been a member of the Executive Board since 2024 and is responsible for Technology, IT, and Innovation. In 2030, Grazia Vittadini will reach the standard age limit for Executive Board members at Lufthansa Group.

Dr. Till Streichert, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been reappointed for an additional term of five years, through September 14, 2032. He has been a member of the Executive Board since 2024 and is responsible for the Finance division. His areas of responsibility include Controlling and Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Accounting and Financial Statements, Taxes, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investor Relations.

Dieter Vranckx, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), has also been reappointed for a further five-year term through June 30, 2032. He has been a member of the Executive Board since 2024. As Chief Commercial Officer, Dieter Vranckx is responsible for, among other areas, the Group’s Commercial Customer Offering, the Customer Journey, as well as Sales and Marketing.
