For the ILA: Lufthansa sends “Yes to Europe” aircraft to Berlin
- Lufthansa Airbus A320 with special livery flies to BER for the start of the Berlin International Airshow (ILA)
- Flights from Frankfurt to Berlin on 5 and 6 June
To mark the start of the Berlin International Airshow (ILA) in Berlin, Lufthansa will be flying its “European aircraft” to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). The Airbus A320 with the slogan “Yes to Europe” will connect the capital's airport with the Lufthansa hub in Frankfurt thirteen times on 5 and 6 June 2024.
Since mid-April, four Lufthansa Group Airlines Airbus A320 have been flying as ambassadors for the European idea. In addition to Lufthansa, the aircraft of Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Eurowings also carry the prominent slogan “Yes to Europe” on their fuselage. With this initiative, the Lufthansa Group is sending a visible signal for a united, free, and peaceful Europe and promoting participation in the EU elections.
The elections to the European Parliament will take place from 6 to 9June 2024. In Germany, citizens are called upon to cast their votes on 9 June.
