Frank Naeve appointed Senior Vice President Global Markets & Stations for the Lufthansa Group

Frank Naeve, currently Vice President Passenger Sales for the Lufthansa Group in the Americas, has been appointed Senior Vice President Global Markets and Stations for all the Group's airlines. Effective July 1, Frank Naeve will lead Lufthansa Group sales worldwide. He thus succeeds Dr. Stefan Kreuzpaintner, who continues to hold the position of CCO on the Executive Board of Lufthansa Airlines.

Frank Naeve will also be responsible for ground handling activities outside the hubs of the Lufthansa Group.

Frank Naeve has held various positions at Lufthansa Cargo before joining the Lufthansa passenger airline group.  In 2001 as General Manager Sales Greater China in Shanghai, and four years later as Vice President Margin Management in Frankfurt. In 2011, he rose to the position of General Manager of Jade Cargo International, a Chinese joint venture of Lufthansa Cargo, and later became Vice President Digitalization in 2014. In 2015, Frank Naeve was appointed Vice President Asia-Pacific for Lufthansa Cargo.  In 2019, he assumed the position of Vice President Passenger Sales of the Lufthansa Group for the Americas and moved with his family to the New York region.
